Use Of Our Online Shop

Matopos Spirit Ltd takes its responsibility towards legal drinking age seriously. You the buyer, are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided in your order and we will not be obliged to accept an order if all details required are not fully captured or suitable. By using this site, you are confirming that you are of, or above, the minimum age to legally consume alcohol in your country of residence, and from where you are browsing.


We want to make the payment process as easy as possible for you. Payment can be made online by debit, credit card or PayPal. We only accept payment online at the time of ordering, via credit or debit cards as defined at checkout however if you wish to order over the phone please get in touch. Matopos Spirit Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order received and refund the total value of the order to the cardholder. Please note that our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.


All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT and duty but exclusive of delivery costs. We reserve the right to alter prices of our products at any time without prior notice. Please contact us for special rates for large orders or wholesale.

Refund Policy 

You have up to 7 days following delivery of the goods to exchange them for goods of the equivalent value or request a refund. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing (by email, via our “contact us” page or by post) and you must return the goods to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery within 30 days of receipt.

Please send any return items to our company address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty.


We want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly. You should expect to receive your order within 7 days of it being placed (within mainland UK) International delivery: Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at the moment. All goods are tracked, and must be signed for by the purchaser, who must be over the age of 18 in the UK, or over the legal drinking age in  the country of delivery.

Missing Or Damaged Orders

Any order you wish to report as missing or damaged, should be reported within 14 days of the date of order. Outside this time, we cannot consider any claim. If an item arrives damaged we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the broken item.
